Board
Mr Wall brings more than 20 years of experience in equity capital markets and corporate advisory, with a strong track record in corporate strategy, capital markets transactions and company building across the resources sector. Mr Wall is currently an Executive Director at GBA Capital and has previously served as Principal at Inyati Capital as well as Managing Director of 88 Energy.
Earlier in his career he worked as an energy analyst at both Hartleys and Argonaut and in corporate strategy at Woodside Energy. Mr Wall holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Caird is a geologist and resources executive with more than fifteen years of experience across exploration, research, operations and corporate development. He has held senior technical and leadership roles with CSIRO, Locksley Resources, SLB and 88 Energy, where he was responsible for the delivery of multiple exploration wells in Alaska which included two discoveries.
He has since held executive and board roles across ASX listed companies with a focus on critical minerals including Rare Earth Elements. Mr Caird brings strong experience in technical advancement, capital markets and the development of downstream and processing strategies aligned with allied critical mineral supply chains.
Mr Witt is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as a consultant advising ASX listed companies on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, statutory accounting requirements and corporate compliance. Currently, he also serves as the Company Secretary for several other ASX-listed companies, where he oversees compliance with corporate governance requirements and regulatory obligations.
He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
A qualified accountant and tax agent with over 25 years of public accounting experience. He served on the boards of several public companies in the resource sector since 2006 and also developed extensive hospitality and property development interests.
Mr Christie is the Director of Hawkins Christie Management Services and is the current club president of WAFL club , the South Fremantle Bulldogs.
